Location
EDDY-24 will take place in various buildings of the Woudestein campus (see campus map and our program for the exact rooms).

Food
Coffee breaks will be provided to all participants at the conference venue.
Lunches
For lunch, you can find a wide range of options (also offering vegan and vegetarian meals) at the Erasmus Food Plaza or have lunch at the Erasmus Paviljoen, which are both are very close to the conference venue (see campus map).
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be included for all participants.
It will take place at Spirit Rotterdam (Mariniersweg 9), which offers a vegetarian buffet (with plenty of vegan options).
You can join the restaurant by tram, bike or a 30 minutes walk (2.5km from the conference venue).

Accommodation
Accommodation is not covered for regular participants. We recommend the following hotels in Rotterdam:
Savoy Hotel Rotterdam (centrally located, between the city centre and campus)
Novotel Brainpark (next to the campus, but more removed from the city centre)
Hotel Emma (small, centrally located and nearby metro station)
Hotel New York (unique location but costly)
The Social Hub (15 minutes walk from campus)
