EDDY organises quarterly (online) meet-ups to promote collaborations between practitioners and academics working on digital democracy. 

Each meet-up focuses on a specific theme or aspect of digital democracy and has the following format: 

• Two short presentations by the invited speakers (30 minutes);

• Plenary clarification questions for the speakers (15 minutes);

• Participants split up in breakout rooms for small-group discussion (20 minutes); 

• Plenary discussion and concluding words (5 minutes).
